Step 2: Find Your Home
Once you’ve spoken with an agent and completed prequalification, the fun part begins—you can start viewing homes! Browse our inventory or bring a property you’re interested in. Find the home that fits your lifestyle, your needs, and your future.
Step 3: Submit Your Application
After finding a home you love, it’s time to complete your application. This step takes less than 30 minutes, and to make things even smoother, we recommend gathering your supporting documents in advance.

Step 4: Secure Your Home
You’re almost there! Once approved, the next step is to finalize your down payment. All of our properties require a minimum of 5% of the purchase price as a down payment.
Not quite ready? No worries—we’ll stay in touch and support you while you prepare. We’re here to work at your pace.
Step 5: Move In & Start Building Equity
Congratulations—your new home is officially yours! Once your down payment is made and the contract is signed, you’ll receive your keys and can start settling in.
